Very central location and comfortable.
Very central location and comfortable. Very slow lift and pity about the noise from the building site next door.

Beautiful old hotel in a great
Beautiful old hotel in a great location. Loved the foyer and old-world atmosphere. My friends who live in Sydney were amazed at the price when I told them the great deal we'd found. The double room was small, but we were told that when we booked so no surprizes there. Lovely comfortable bed though which was greatly appreciated after walking all over the place. Would definitely come again.

Good value
It was a nice older-style place. The bathroom was quite small, as was the room itself, but overall a good value. The location was excellent.

This hotel was perfect for our
This hotel was perfect for our stay in Sydney, being very central and minutes away from the Botanic Gardens and a 15 minute stroll though them to the Opera House. A ten minute walk to Darling Harbour and surrounded by lovely parks and shopping. Would definitely stay there again, the only downside was the room had no view as the window was frosted glass and the was a wall opposite.

Good location as its near to everywhere
Good location as its near to everywhere in Central Sydney. Small but clean room and small bathroom but its OK just for a short stay. Had to spend several minutes groping in the dark looking for the main/light switch and finally found a tiny one on the inside of main door frame!.

Nice boutique hotel in the Central
Nice boutique hotel in the Central Business District of Sydney. Though the room wasn't that big, it was clean. And with all the sights of Sydney near, I wasn't planning on staying much in the room anyway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Should I ever return to Sydney then I certainly will try to book here again. Recommended!

Location is great. Rooms are not real sound proof, but that may add to the old charm. Location is great. The construction next door was not active when we were there. Good value of money.

The room was tasteful, quiet and clean. The only drawback is that I had to go quite a way on the floor below to find an iron. There wasn't one in the room nor did the reception offer to bring one up.

Sydney Man
In the Heart of Sydney
The hotel room is quite clean, apart from a little bit of noise from the constrution site next to the Hotel during the day. Location is the best, with easy access to restarunts and shopping centers everywhere. There are buses at the door and a short walk to the Sydney Town Hall train station and a monorail near the Hotel. There is a free Sydney bus ( No.555 )going around the City,Harbour Ferrys, the Opera House etc.I think this is a good value for the price to stay in the heart of Sydney.
