Good Times!
Great Location! Easy check in! Room looked out on the beach and the pool! Pool area was like a grotto. Out the back of the hotel and you are on the beach and at the bikepath. Supermarket across the street! Rental bikes across the street. Lots of food and drink within walking distance. Refrigerator in the room was nice (and was quiet). Hotel helped me have a great time! (there was construction going on in the lobby and one of the restaurants but did not effect my stay).

If you want a Beach-side hotel,
If you want a Beach-side hotel, this is what you should go for when visiting Perth. It's easy to access the City, Perth Airport, Jandakot Airport and Fremantle areas from Scarborough as I do for business. The views from the hotel are great especially at Sunset, and endless beaches to walk along. Although a bit dated now, it still has all the ingredients ... with a excellent Seafood Buffet on Fri & Sat nights, and a Bar area that serves food and Tapas. The pool area is spacious, and would be a hit with kids. Will stay there again.

This is an older style of building
This is an older style of building but still a very comfortable hotel on the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the buffet dinners were also good.

Bama Fan
The Shocking Truth
[...] Unfortunately the hotel didn't deserve the high rating I found[...] The air conditioning never worked while I was there. The internet wasn't available in my room, so to get online I had to sit in the lobby. The room itself was above average and the view from the room was nice, although it wasn't the amazing ocean view they advertised. Overall for the price I paid for the room I just expected more. That being said I don't have any other Australian hotels to compare it to, but I could have gotten a much nicer hotel in the United States for far less money.

Hotel is a bit dated but service
Hotel is a bit dated but service was excellent - they did all they could to make our stay a memorable one, very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will go back again.

Stayed on the 17 floor and the
Stayed on the 17 floor and the view was tremendous, although the weather wasn't the greatest. Enjoyed our two nights stay very much. The staff were so friendly, courteous and very helpful. Is recommended to all fellow members and will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

A great spot near the beach. Some distance from Perth city but very convenient public transport. The hotel is a bit tired but it is comfortable. Concierge very good.Housekeeping services inconsistent.

Great location and reasonable
Great location and reasonable price for a beach holiday. The kids really enjoyed the pool area. Will stay again when we return to Perth.
