My 10year old Daughter and I stayed here and we couldn't have picked better. The location was brilliant for local points of interest and felt very safe. The reception staff were extremely helpful in giving directions and recommending restaurants etc.... We would love stay here again and highly recommend!

every single person working the reception desk was very friendly and eager to help with a smile. I don't know what has happened over the last 10 years since we were last in europe but it seems like everyone got a memo that friendly and courteous service is important to travelers. rooms were bigger than you would expect from these types of hotels. bathroom was way bigger than expected as well

Staff extremely FRIENDLY & HELPFULL..Had a triple room but still small by USA standards. Location is perfect.

The staff was more than wonderful: friendly like having friends away from home. They were helpful with every need we had from making reservations for dinner to planning excursions to teaching my husband to make his own espresso with steamed milk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom huge. There is definitely a "lift" (elevator) for those who said there is none. I have pictures. The location was great! We were 3 blocks from the Louvre. And 1/2 block from the Rue Rivoli (sp). We could take the metro or bus to anywhere. We chose the bus this time to avoid the steps in the metro and that worked fine. They recommended a restaurant, something "Auberge" or "Auberge" something right up the street. It was wonderful. We had 2 dinners there and only wished we had known about it at the beginning of the trip so we could eat there more often. Have a great time staying at this hotel.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, superior Zimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse. Morgenessen trotz ziemlich hohen Zimmerpreisen nicht inkludiert. Morgenessecke ist eher klein und improvisiert, aber ok. Aber EUR 16 pro Person für das Morgenessen ist übertrieben. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Hotel sehr sauber und Zimmer bestens ok!

The hotel is located in a great area. Very close to Tuileries garden, the Louvre and lots of shopping & dining, also only about a 3 minute walk to a metro station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They all speak English very well, and also did not cringe when I attempted French. The rooms are very small, but in a city like Paris, it will only used it for sleeping, so no big deal there. The room and general areas of the hotel were clean. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel because it seemed pricey, especially when there are so many great boulangeries in the area. It is hotel policy to leave your key at the front desk any time you leave, which I was not thrilled about at first. However, at any other hotel, they can just make a new card if they want to get into your room, so it's not really any different. It's kind of nice not to worry about keeping track of the key. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, and would stay there again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

super lage, metro station tuileries um die ecke, kaffee und wasser stehen kostenlos zur verfügung, freundliches und hilfsbereites personal, gutes frühstück (16,00 euro pro pers) - bis auf das kleine zimmer und das winzige bad (room 62) waren wir sehr zufrieden! vllt bei buchung erwähnen, dass grösseres zimmer gewünscht wird
