Un peu déçu de l’hôtel représenté par divers photos plus alléchantes . Superbe façade , mais intérieur un peu trop "ancien". la 4 ème étoile de l’hôtel doit être récente ... Déçu aussi car nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son " SPA WELLNESS" inaccessible sauf paiement. Présentation sur le site prêtant à confusion. MAIS dans l’ensemble super séjour et bon rapport qualité prix . A recommander

Très bel hôtel avec personnel très accueillant et aimable, avec 2 ascenseurs. Emplacement idéal sur l'île du Lido (200 m des lignes de vaporetto, environ 20 minutes pour aller à la place Saint-Marc en vaporetto). Ile du Lido très jolie tranquille loin de la foule de la place Saint-Marc avec bons commerces de proximité. Qualité des chambres relativement bonne hormis l'isolation phonique des fenêtres. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Venise.

The hotel I stayed at was beautiful and the staff was really nice. My only concern is that you have to walk a half block with your luggage to get you to your hotel. I wasn't used to not having a taxi pick you up and take you directly to your hotel. If you want to go to St. Mark's Square, then you would have to take the water bus which is 4 stops away from Lido. The spa was very relaxing. Too bad there wasn't a gym to go along with it. Other than a couple of minor things, I would stay at this hotel again. It was a very relaxing trip.

The building and rooms were beautiful and the staff, especially in the dining room, were great!! Also, the guy who carried in our luggage was great!

The hotel is much more dated than the pictures would have you believe. It was very clean but did not look anywhere near as good as shown on the website. It's not run down but it does have a used and old appearance and feel about it. Reception staff were helpful enough (as they should be) but breakfast and staff were poor. On the first day at 9am they ran out of rolls and salami (breakfast ran until 10.30am so 1 1/2 hours early is not good). The toaster was broken and there was a metal stick (would you believe!)to help it revolve. My daughters bread got stuck and eventually came out black and stunk the room out. On the 2nd day the coffee machine broke so they brought out a pot but this was not on a hot plate so became cold quite quickly. My daughter asked for an egg cup (having seen another guest with one) and was asked why she couldn't eat her egg without one! The room was large and although heated felt cold as it only had a blue lino floor and no rugs. The showere screen was not adequate for the power of the shower and needed 2 towels to mop the flooded floor up. Hotel was in a good quiet location but as water bus is 6.50 euro per trip way (or 33 euro for 72 hours) and as there were 3 of us, at 99 euro we felt this could have been better spent on a hotel near Venice centre.

What a great hotel. Rooms were lovely, staff friendly and extremely helpful, breakfast was very good too. On the main street of Lido, about 50 mtrs from the water buses, so no need for a taxi. Plenty of restaurants and the hotel gives special discount in their own restaurant with set menu or 10% off their a la carte. Easy access to Venice. Will definitely go back. No ironing or coffee making facilities were the only downsides. But hotel bar serves a very nice Cafe Latte at a price more reasonable than out in the restaurants and cafes

amazing hotel, very clean, staff helpful everything was great about it, breakfast lovely wouldn't hesitate to stay again. had a fantastic stay the lido is great.
