Would stay here again. Was able to park easily, hop on the train and be in the center of Amsterdam in less than 10 minutes.

Good: Modern style, free wireless and a good restaurant (though rather expensive). Not good: A narrow single bed in my single room. Good 3-star hotels normally offer a double bed to single visitors. Really bad: Police sirens were waking me up a few times a night. According to a receptionist, the police station is round the corner, therefore all rooms facing the street are affected. The earplugs they give for free unfortunately did not help.

The hotel was three blocks from the train station. The room was great and the staff were very helpful. The free wifi is great! The room reminded me a little of a college dorm room, but it was fine.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem günstigen Hotel und haben uns aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen dafür entschieden. Die Ausstattung und der Service waren hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar nicht zentral, die nächste Metro bzw Tram Station sind jedoch nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und man gelangt von dort aus überall hin (ca 10 min ins zentrum). Auch das Personal war total freundlich und hat uns bei der Planung der Abreise (4h in der früh) geholfen. Das Fruhstück ist mit 15 € p.P. sehr teuer - darum haben wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wir waren als Paar von Donnerstag Abend bis Sonntag in der Früh. Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen - sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!!!

Bewertung nach Aufenthalt von Sonntag bis darauffolgenden Samstag mit einigen frischen Regentagen Pros: Nichtraucherhotel, Zimmer geräumig, Hell, Relativ gut abdunkelbar, gratis WiFi mit guter Bandbreite und ohne jegliche Verbindungsprobleme, viele Steckdosen (sowohl beim Bett als auch bei der Arbeitsfläche,..), geräumiger zweiter Kühlschrank für Privatverwendung, Bettunterlage aus Schaumstoff dünn (~10cm) aber funktionell und ordentliche Tuchent. Nicht verwendet: lt. Informationsblatt gibt es ein Bügelzimmer pro Stockwerk. Akzeptabel: Wartezeiten bei den Aufzügen zu den Spitzenzeiten (morgens/abends). "knauserige" Handtuchpolitik (im Einzelzimmer zunächst 2 kleine und 2 größere Handtücher, nach Wechsel nur noch je eines); Lage: in ~5-10 Gehminuten von Zugstation Amstel und U-Bahn Stationen -- insgesamt weit vom Stadtzentrum (muss sorgfältig in Erwägung gezogen werden) Cons: Blechumrahmung der Fenster sorgt dafür, dass jeder einzelne Regentropfen deutlich wahrgenommen wird; Fußbodenheizung sorgt für "Standardtemperatur" von ca.20-22 Grad, Erwärmungsversuche über Klimaanlagenregler blieben erfolglos; keine Heizkörper um nasses Gewand zu trocknen; kein Haarfön. Frühstück mit 15 EUR teuer (nicht in Anspruch genommen)

You will get what you're paying for. The hotel is a couple of metro stations away from central station. It is perfect if you're looking for a good hotel and you don't care about the location.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Our rooms were not particularly large but that would be my only minor criticism. The hotel was clean and fresh, the staff very friendly and helpful, location very good - 5 minutes walk from Amstel metro station. Had a great time.

This Hotel have to know that reception is very important. In last time, Receptions are well trained and very kind, so I came back there. But I am so disappointed with receptions Tom and Nely. Your customer are not your enemy. And Double bed is not combined 2 single bed. And Breakfast Buffet is expensive(15euro) considering quality(10euro). When I need voltage converter(120v to 240v), they could not borrow me, so I have to pay 12euro for purchasing that.( in USA only 1-2 U$.)

The hotel was really comfortable, the beds are big and everything's modern and clean. The huge TV, phone (with my last name on it), side bar, chairs, fridge...it was everything we needed. We didn't event want to go outside and visit the city, we much rather have stayed at the hotel chilling and resting. Excellent option in terms of value. Less than 10 minutes away from the city center by train, it's definitely a good option. Recomended 100%.
