MH Apartments Plaza

Erinomaisella paikalla sijaitseva hotelli. Lentomme saapui myöhään ilalla, mutta henkilökuntaan saimme yhteyden hyvin ja meitä oltiin siellä vastassa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä! Huoneisto oli siisti ja varustetaso riittävä neljälle aikuiselle. Juustohöylää kaipasimme ja kahvinkeittimessä oli liian pieni pannu, ilmeisesti alkuperäinen oli rikkoutunut, mutta saimme sillä kahvit keitettyä, kun laitoimme lusikan pannun alle.

Kuvat huoneistosta olivat vanhoja, jolloin taso näytti huomattavasti paremmalta; nyt oli ränsistynyt. Seinät naapureille olivat ohueet, ainakin kaikki pienet äänet kuuluivat hyvin. Yhdessä napurihuoneistossa juhlivat useat nuoret naiset läpi vuorokauden ja esti hyvän yöunen muutamaksi päiväksi. Sijainti La Ramblan lähellä oli hyvä mutta El Ravalalue oli melko ränsistynyt, toisella puolella eli Barri Gótic asutaan seuraavalla kerralla

The apartment is in walking distance from most of the down town attractions. There is a parking garage conviniently across the street for 30 Euro per day. AC was only in the living room, it would be helpful to have it in the 2 other rooms. No soap in the bathroom. Otherwise, clean and very very convinient. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook your own meals. Has washer and dryer which is a great plus if you travel with the family for more than a few days.

The "Important note" on the woucher is really very important! Call them, when you arrive in Barcelona! As there is no reception in the house, they send someone with the key. So take it seriously for yor own sake. Othervise the apartment was clean, and equipped with all the necessary things. The space is is more than enough for 4 people. The TV did not work, but we did not miss it anyway. The heating was working properly, which was important and very warm surprise during the 10-15 Celsius days. Recommended!

Quartier peu engageant pour rentrer tard la nuit, l'appartement est correct mais ne comptez pas faire de la cuisine même pour un simple thé, c'est pas évident! Il n'y a pas de parking propre au logement contrairement à ce qu'il y a écrit sur le site. sinon la situation géographique est bien.

Necessité d'avoir un téléphone internationnal pour appeler le receptionniste à l'arrivée car pas d'accueil sur place. Pas de parking pour les voitures, donc necessité d'utiliser un parking public à 30€ jour à 50 métres. Mauvaise isolation phonique entre les apprtements.

bardzo czysty, idealnie położony , wszędzie blisko , dla naszej 4osobowej rodziny były 3 sypialnie, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba, do parkingu, który znajduje się pod domem 2 min pieszo / 3 domy dalej / , naprzeciw tani, b.db wyposażony sklep spożywczy, przyjechaliśmy ok 1 w nocy i z kluczami po 25min , tak jak powiedział przez telefon - przyszedł Pan, który opiekuje się tym apartamentem. Jak oglądałam przez google tą ulicę to byłam zdegustowana /graffiti/ i wydawało mi się ,że źle zrobiłam kupując nocleg w tej okolicy. Jak przyjechaliśmy na miejsce zmieniłam zdanie, podobało mi się bo czułam się bezpiecznie, wszędzie dużo ludzi w dzień i w nocy, dobre i tanie jedzenie w rodzinnie prowadzonych knajpkach, Barcelona jest piękna, zobaczyliśmy mniej niż planowaliśmy i na pewno do niej wrócimy a mieszkanie weźmiemy w apartamencie, o którym teraz napisałam.

Nous étions trois personnes, et avons passé un agréable séjour au MH hôtel. Un bémol cependant le séjour est bruyant si vous devez dormir sur le canapé lit, il n'y a pas de double vitrages. la rue de l'hôtel est animée, on s'y couche tard est s'y lève tôt!!! le reste de l'appartement est calme et nous y avons bien dormi. Il y a un parking en face de l'hôtel 57 euros pour 3 jours. La salle de bain et les sanitaires sont propres mais des détails comme les joints du lavabo qui dégoulinent de tous les côtés ne donnent pas une impression de netteté. Je recommanderais toutefois ce logement.

Old building, but well preeserved furniture. Some little issues to be fixed, but noncommittal. VERY nice staff, polite and considerate. They responded to all requests. The bad issue was a fee of 20 EUR to arrive after 8:00 PM, NOT INFORMED AT TIME OF RESERVATION!

Web photos looked great. I wanted a location near the port since I was leaving for a cruise. Within 1 hour of arrival (10:30 am) my cousin was mugged in front of the apartments. The street this is located on is not a good area for foreign travelers. While Barcelona is known as the pick-pocket capital of the world, the people in this area of town are bad. A few block over is Las Ramblas, which is fun and a much better area to stay in although it is a short distance from MH Plaza. The worst thing about the apartment was the black mold covering the ceiling and the filth in the shower. I did not even check in, we left after meeting the gentleman with the keys. [...] My advice, if you are not willing to risk your saftey and health, this location is not for you!
