The Light ApartHotel is the first true serviced apartment hotel in Manchester, occupying a prime city centre location on the fringe of the trendy Northern Quarter. Our guests enjoy the flexibility of serviced apartment living with hotel-style accommodation, appealing to both the business and leisure traveller, The Light ApartHotel consists of 60 fully equipped and beautifully furnished studios, one and two bedroom apartments and a range of penthouse suites. The Light ApartHotel is a true alternative to top-end hotels and gives flexibility for families whose kids aren't quite independent, but too old to share a room. Once you've tried it, we know you'll come back for more. Secure parking is available at The Light ApartHotel, due to limited spaces this is not guaranteed and is offered on a first come first served basis. Parking is charged at 17.50GBP per vehicle, per night. We advise all guests to register at reception to obtain a parking permit, prior to entering the car park. Please note: The car park is located underneath The Light ApartHotel; therefore a high restriction of 8 Foot(243cm) is in effect. Guests who will be arriving in a larger vehicle will not be able to park on-site or at private NCP locations throughout the city centre as similar height restrictions are in effect. The Light ApartHotel requires a preauthorisation of a debit/credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals which you may incur during your stay. The amount authorised is 200.00 per apartment and 400.00 per penthouse suite. Upon your departure a member of the housekeeping and maintenance team will check your apartment; providing any/all incidentals have been settled for at check-out the authorisation will be released back to you. Although we instruct the card issuer to release the authorisation on your departure date; some card issuers can take up to 10 working days to release the authorisation. When entering the room if you notice anything wrong contact reception, if you don't you may be held accountable for it.

Penthouse Suite
Our penthouse suites are located on the upper floors and have long balconies with large floor to ceiling windows offering excellent panoramic views of the Northern Quarter and beyond. These penthouse suites are ideal for groups wanting an open plan living area, ideal for pre drinks prior to a heading out and for larger families wanting more space. The penthouse master bedrooms both have en-suite shower and W/C along with a 2nd bathroom with bathtub/shower combination & complimentary toiletries. Both penthouses have large open plan living and kitchen areas with sofas, an ipod docking station, a 50 flat screen TV, and a six seat dining table. The kitchen has an island counter and all mod cons including a built in coffee grinder /maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
Duplex Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite
Our duplex penthouse suite has two double bedrooms located on the lower floor, both with a flat screen television and storage space. The main family bathroom has a WC and shower combination, while the master bedrooms have an open plan bathing area with a standalone bathtub that looks out across the city sky line. In addition there is a cloakroom with a WC upstairs.

The spacious open plan living and kitchen area on the 19th floor has two sofas, an iPod docking station, a 50 flat screen television and a six seat dining table. Both suites have large cooking areas with bar stools and modern appliances, including a built in coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing/ drying machine.

The two bed duplex penthouses are suitable for up four people* and located on the 18th floor with a full length balcony, giving you the best views at The Light.

Penthouse with Private Roof Terrace and Hot-Tub
Our penthouse suite comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite shower and W/C along with a communal bathroom for the second bedroom and living space.

Both penthouse suites have a spacious open plan living and kitchen area with sofas, an iPod docking station, a 50 flat screen television and an six seat dining table. The kitchen has a central island cooking area with bar stools and modern appliances including a built in coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing/ drying machine.

You also have the luxury of your own outdoor roof terrace and a six seat hot tub with stunning views of the city from the 15th floor.

Please note: 24 hours notice is require for use of the hot tub, all rates exclude the cost of the hot tub which is charged at 150.00. Please contact The Light once you have made your booking if you would like use of the hot tub.
Studio
Each studio apartment comprises an integrated bedroom and living space similar to a traditional hotel room, but with the luxury of your own modern kitchen and appliances.

They include a double bed, kitchenette, fridge, table with two chairs, an en suite shower room and W/C.

Our studio apartments are the perfect size for couples and individuals, offering a tranquil, cosy space to unwind.

Please Note: All studio apartments are accessed via stairs, there is no lift.
One & Two Bed Executive Apartmen
Each apartment comprises of one or two double bedrooms, with storage space, a designer kitchen and integrated open plan living area. The bathroom includes a bath tub/shower combination with complimentary toiletries. The bed and living spaces have their own flat screen televisions. Our executive apartments are an upgrade of our deluxe apartments, featuring a larger floor plan, an en-suite from the master bedroom and upgraded toiletries for extra comfort. You can also enjoy the full length balcony with impressive views of the city centre. Enjoy the luxury surroundings and make yourself at home. Our executive apartments are the perfect base for friends having a night on the town, or for those who simply want to explore everything Manchester has to offer.
Two Bed Executive Family Apartment
Each family apartment comprises one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single sofa bed and large integrated kitchen and living area. The second bedroom has a double bed, spacious bathroom with bath tub and shower combination and complimentary toiletries. Both bedrooms include wardrobe space and flat screen televisions.

Our family apartments are an upgrade of our deluxe apartments, featuring a larger floor plan, an ensuite from the master bedroom and upgraded toiletries for you and the family. They are suitable for up to 5 occupants and benefit from a full length balcony with impressive views of the city centre.
