Davis Hotel Bangkok

I was in Bangkok on business and my son recommended this hotel. The service is excellent, the rooms are very well appointed for business, meaning that you have plenty of desk space, electrical outlets for all your equipment and the internet functionality is pretty good. Food and other services are very reasonable. The gym could be larger but basic equipment was available and they even had a decent lap pool...highly recommended as an excellent value.

Does exactly what if offers. Not 5* by international standards but at £40/room, £65/suite (if you search well) certainly good enough and a top end 4* IMO. Good location for the highways into and out of city and also downtown(taxi 60 baht) Nice rooms, very clean, good beds, good pool, restaurant OK but limited menu. Breakfast good enough but not brilliant. NO BAR was a disappointment but places nearby. WiFi a bit spotty but worked and cheap (999 baht/week if not foc). Good restaurants very close as well eg "Zagin" opposite and "The Restaurant" (this ios its name) 200 yards away.

War für Drei Tage im Hotel David . Sehr nettes Personal . Das Morgen Büffet war gut der Swimingpool sauber und das Zimmer sehr gepflegt.

Although the Davis Hotel does not have the ambience of a 5-star hotel downtown, the rooms are almost as nice. Size of room and cleanliness excellent. Comfortable, quiet room at a good price.

I landed in bangkok aorund 10pm. When I got the hotel, they put me in the old wing, and told to me carry my big luggage to check in there by myself. no bellboy came to help me at all. The service was very unimpressive.

Das hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber und konfortabel. Nur nicht soo zentral,aber mit dem taxi ist man schnell.

this is my 4th time staying this hotel. As usual, its very nice hotel with beatiful swiming pool. bad things are quite far from the public transportation, dont provide free wifi, expensive bar& restaurant (in the middle of main and corner wing.

It's a five star hotel that has a Thai feeling to it , plus location and gr8 amenities . Gr8 bang for your buck !

The hotel is definitely worth the money. It is quite large and the staff is very friendly. Especially the manager, he helped us with our itinerary and was very knowledgeable. The room are very nice and comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Very clean and very comfortable beds.

Great overall value. Few nice restaurants in immediate vicinity. Useful free tuk tuk to Skytrain but taxi's readily available outside the hotel and so cheap.
