Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri Hotel Bangkok

Ein stark in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Zimmer , der Service der den Namen nicht Wert ist und das Frühstück haben nicht mehr als 3,5 Sterne verdient . Einzig die Lobby versprüht noch den alten Glanz , eines ehemaligen 5Star Hotels . Doch davon, kann ich mir als Gast ? nichts kaufen . Durch ein versehen sind wir hier gelandet , wir kommen garantiert nicht wieder .

Out stay at Center Point was great! The pool was an excellent bonus at the end of a very hot day. The location was near to restaurants and the Silom area. The breakfast buffet was very nice, although it wasn't included in our package, which would have been nicer. The room was everything expected from a good hotel. Comfortable bed, bathrobes and all amenities included. We wish we could have stayed for some more days to really enjoy more of the hotel. All expectations were made and surpassed. Thank you.

My overall stay was very good. The gym is excellent and the room is nice. My only complaint is taxi drivers have hard time finding the place so you always need to tell them the 4 seasons and then direct them from there. Also the breakfast room is dark and boring as no windows and most people like to see the sunshine when they wake up. The staff there is very nice and the overall feel of the place is nice. On weekends the place is full of Hong kong people so they must have specail packages as the pool is full of kids.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect, the room was very comfortable and equipped with whatever you need. Best service and cleaning, breakfast was very good with a vide variety of dishes. Good location, Close to big shopping malls. An elegant hotel that I can strongly recommend. I will of course stay at this hotel whenever visiting Bangkok again.

Väldigt fina faciliteter för småbarn såsom barnpool, lekrum och en liten takad klätterställning. Läget nära skytrain och de största galleriorna är ypperligt! Trots 37 graders värme hinner man inte börja svettas innan man är framme. Personalen gör sitt absolut bästa för att göra vistelsen så bra som möjligt. Lite slitna rum och hårda sängar men helt ok ändå. Ett stort plus i kanten för "daily maid"-service där diskning ingår! Tyvärr var frukosten den sämsta jag ätit. Majoriteten av gästerna är asiater och det märktes på utbudet. Två kokta ägg och misosoppa blev min standardfrukost under vår vecka på hotellet. Ingenting att betala extra för. Fyll istället kylen med god frukostmat från central worlds foodhall som ligger på gångavstånd. På det stora hela ett bra val!

Only stayed one night, wished we had booked this hotel for a longer duration of our travel. Though we had an interesting time finding the place (it's on a side street off a main road#, it's situated within walking distance of public transportation and major shopping attractions #Siam Square and MBK). Not much nightlife in the area, but you should be able to take the train just about anywhere you're looking to go. It was the least expensive of four hotels on our two week trip and ranked at the top for comfort and value. Room included a full refrigerator, kitchen, dining table, desk, king size bed, and a very nice bathroom with a bath tub. Highly recommended.

The hotel advertises itself as a 5 star hotel but shows no signs of 5 star service. The concierge had no knowledge of the city and was of little help. We were suppose to have breakfast included in our booking and the management did not care to help in resolving the issue. When we did have breakfast it was no better than what you would get in a 2 star holiday inn. After all the challenges with the staff we still had to pay for 1 page to be printed at the front desk. There are other hotels for the same money that want your business. I recommend you choose another place where they are grateful for your business and want to provide the best service possible.

We could walk to Pantip Plaza, Siam Paragon and even Platinum. Next to BTS Ratchadamri, easy access to Silom. The hotel experience was excellent. Not so good: The check-out time is too early(noon) and you pay for half a day (2600THB) for just 5 minutes too long in the room. Not too fair.

During our 3 days stay in this hotel, we spend most of the time in hotel. My children like to roam around the living room and made their own breakfast with milk & cereal. They enjoyed the TV channels. Its really feel like a home stay to my family. The reception was prompt although the check in was delayed to 3pm but they compensated for the late check out at 2pm. We were pleased with the arrangement. The reading room was perfect for my family to have some quiet time. This is our first time in Bangkok, we will definitely come back to this hotel. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Lovely place with great bang for buck! Only comment I have is that the blinds in the bedroom of the grande suit I stayed in, block about 60-70% of the sun light so be prepared for an early sunshine wakeup!!
