not so great
No hot water, I tried showering at various times of the day with the same results. Housekeeping routinely forgot to restock room with things like clean towels and coffee. Not as close to skytrain as advertised, but hotel tuk tuk makes up for that. Staff very friendly and helpful, but overall I cannot recommend this hotel. There are too many better hotels in the same general area.

Apres avoir reserve une chambre
Apres avoir reserve une chambre DE LUXE pour 3 nuits et ayant mentionne NON FUMEUR , voila que j'ai du habiter une chambre FUMEUR sur un seul etage arttribue aux fumeurs , quel dommage car l'endroit est bien situe et je dirais un peu cher sans piscine . Je recidive bientot en esperant obtenir cette fois une chambre decente pour in non-fumeur .

very comfortable stay
The hotel was perfect. The staff very helpful and extremely polite The hotel is very clean and comfortable The location was in the middle of everything and easy transport to the subway or sky train.

The staff at the Gem gallery jewelry place is very impolite and rude....don't recommend shopping there.

I would return
I thought the hotel is fairly up to standard. The staff was willing to help when I arrived late at night and needed to go and grab a bite, they offered the Tuk tuk to the shopping area even though it was past time for its operation. It would help if they can have more staff able to help connect pc to the internet. Nevertheless, they have a free internet point and so one has an option if unable to connect pc immediately.

Great Solo Vacation
Firstly i check in late due to my late flight to Bangkok. The check in process is smooth and without any much waiting, i am in the room unpacking preparing to head out. There isn't any convenient store nearby, the nearest 7-11 will need to walk around 5mins. The Hotel is near Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT and a great shopping mall Terminal 21. Moving around the street, there are many spa and massage places to relieve the fatigue accumulated from the walking and shopping in Bangkok.

Lotus Massage & Barber. Great massage at a affordable price. Terminal 21 Level 5 (Pier 21): For those who like local delicacy at a much cleaner environment.

The roos was great - large and clean. The rooms were modern and well presented. The service was good and friendly and the breakfast was very adequate. . The free wireless internet was a definite plus. Would recommend this hotel. The only negative side was the longish walk to the skytrain.

第一次入住感覺很不錯,房間設計很古典,十分乾淨,晚上也很安靜,服務人員的態度也相當好,早餐為自助式,個人覺得很好吃,唯一的缺憾是附近沒有便利商店,如果需要買點什麼得走到巷口,距離梢嫌遠了一點,但綜合起來優點多於缺點,若下次再到泰國會再入住.

Best value Bangkok hotel!!! Within
Best value Bangkok hotel!!! Within walking distance of Asok BTS station, beautiful rooms with modern features and a large bathroom, excellent breakfast spread and very, very good service. This hotel may be small but it is a really good one. Free wifi (excellent speed) and tuktuk service provided too. Highly recommended!
