Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok

Hotelli oli hieno ja siisti. Huoneissa oli kokolattiamatot, joka aiheutti nuhan ja tukkoisen olon. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä pääsääntöisesti. Hotellista lähtiessämme selvisi, että huonelaskuumme oli joku toinen syönyt ja juonut (Itse emme käyttäneet koko palvelua). Pitkän sanailun jälkeen meidän ei sitä tarvinnut maksaa. Tästä iso miinus vastaanoton palveluun. Hotellin lähellä on venebussin pysäkki, sitä kannattaa ehdottomasti kokeilla. Mukava, edullinen ja erilainen matkustustapa.

Lautes Lüftungsgeräusch, Lüftungsgitter wurde seit langem nicht mehr gereinigt.

Hotelli oli erinomaisella paikalla ja palvelu pelasi heti sisäänkirjautumisesta lähtien. Saimme käyttöön isomman sviitin kuin varauksessamme oli mainittu. Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Uima-altaat olivat hyvin hoidetut, hotellin ravintolat olivat kotuuhintaisia. Aamupala kattava Thaimaalaiseen tapaan. Voimme suositella lämpimästi muillekin Bangkokiin matkaaville.

Good experience and great view from pool.

Firstly I booked a one bedroom suite which was dated (wallpaper pealing etc) although clean. I cannot fault the cleaners they were great. It appears they have 2 types of suites (which they dont tell you) The other ones are actually 4 star and nice but you wont get one unless you complain. The recepton are extremly rude and just because I am an English man who took his Thai Girlfriend there they had the gaul to asked her in Thai if I was her customer (even though I asked for door keys so she could go in or out of the room without me) If she had told me this when it happened I would have requested my money back and gone to another hotel. It is disgusting they did this and I will never use them again because of this. The Hotel is above some sort of shopping place and the Hotel starts on the 11th Floor upwards.

This is my second stay at the Prince Palace Hotel and I would have some very good things to say about the hotel, not least of which is the standard of the rooms and the facilities, particularly the pool area. However their Internet Ripoff -$US16.00 for 24 hours - does not sit well with me. Charge but not gouge. The hotel is a long way from anywhere, although taxis and tuk-tuks abound. Unfortunately the food at the pool bar was well below what we had experienced several months earlier, which was absolutely superb ( a view shared by my european colleagues). It has gone from five star cuisine to Greasy Joe Burgers. If you have a USB modem you might get value from this hotel.

WE were pleasently surprised to land in Bangkok and informed that The Govt had waived off Visa fees and there woul be no visa fees for arriving passengers till early next year(2011). When we arrived at the hotel we were again surprised that the hotel upgraded us in to a suite against booking for a double room.I guess this was the hotel's way to promote their business in a month when the whole world has the impresion of riots and burning bulidings due to red shirt protests in bangkok. It must have put off many potential visitors to Bangkok. However, for us it was the ideal time. The city is back to normal and the hotel has excellent service and location. WE will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short holiday in bangkok.The service is better as the ocupancy appaers to be thin. Even the airport was not so crowded.

The staff is bad and we are not willing to help in any aspect, however the hotel is excelent (specially facilities and location)

This is an excellent hotel. Very convenient location, excellent service, clean rooms with uptodate facilities. The suites with bedrooms are great! Has good restaurants with outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs. Breakfast service is superb! We'll be staying here again next year.

The toilet didnt work and overflowed into the bathroom!! Disgusting!! We had a huge cochroach in the bathroom.. I would never stay there again, cheap but too expensive for what it is!
