Puripunn Baby Grand Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai

Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent. We liked the location but some may think a little far from the old city within the wall. I liked the room and the balcony was great. The bathrooms were very small, however, which would be my only negative on the rooms. The room stay included free breakfast as well as a free tuk-tuk through hotel that would drive you to local attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help you with whatever you may need! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Of my entire trip to Thailand where I stayed at three different hotels, Puripunn was the most relaxing of them all. It's a small, cozy, boutique hotel, isolated from the bustle of the city, but not far from everything. And the staff really does seem to care about your stay. The breakfast buffet every morning in the outdoor dining room was fresh and good, with made to order perfect omelettes, a Thai dish such as Pad Thai with fresh river prawns, and fresh local fruit: guava, green mango, etc. Dinners were also very good, and even though they were more expensive than a restaurant in the city, like any hotel, I actually wanted to eat there for the ambiance and quality of the food. What I liked most about Puripunn was that they seemed to care about the details. The sink was painted, the glass lights were unique, the flowers in the rooms were simple and tasteful, the slippers were comfortable. I wouldn't call it a luxurious experience, but nothing was gaudy or junky. Everything seemed authentic and tasteful. The only thing I would change is to make the jacuzzi hot. There's really no point in a jacuzzi that isn't hot. Pros: - Small, cozy, relaxing - Service good - Breakfast very good, dinners also - Nice details: sink, slippers, hand blown glass lights - Honeymoon drinks, flowers - Owner personally introduced himself to guests - Complimentary tuk tuk Cons: - Jacuzzi not hot - Location out of the way a little - One member of staff who arranged taxis, tours, etc, was a little too pushy

Ottimo albergo, silenzioso e riservato, non proprio vicino alla città vecchia, ma con il servizio gratuito di tuk tuk dell'albergo questa distanza non si fa sentire (5 minuti di percorso in tuk tuk)

The level of service was exceptional, highly recommended.

ひとりでのんびりと街を散策することを目的に宿泊しました。こじんまりとしていながら、スパ、レストラン、バーなど全ての設備を備えていました。日中４時間ほど外出してプールサイド（プールというには小さすぎますが）でのんびり昼寝…という日々を過ごしました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー良かったです。ただ、部屋が小さいのと、暗い（窓が小さい）、あととにかく蚊が多い（ホテルに限らずチェンマイ全体的に）。お部屋には電気式ベーぷマットのようなものをリクエストしてつけてもらいました。さらに蚊取り線香を持参。（←これ 必須です）。忙しく動くのではなく、マイペースにのんびりと過ごしたい方にお勧めです。

Brilliant Hotel. Setting fabulous, rooms spacious and appealing, very nice old furniture. Large bathroom. People extremely helpful and courteous. Place is a little bit out of the center however easy to get to by tuk tuk or the hotel's own tuk-tuk. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a an oasis hideaway in Chang Mai or a romantic holiday. Only problem we had was that the stay was too short :)
