The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to via public transportation from the airport (not close, but accessible). The staff was neutral - not overly friendly, neither were they rude.

It is a good price to stay close to the old town. Only 10-15 minutes walk. Location is great. Service is good. The reception is very friendly and speak clear English. They also provide in-house

The square is close by. Definitely get a map. And be prepared to walk to most places. Cabbies are tough to find. Only AAA cabs though. Everyone in Prague from the hotel guys to every stranger on the streets will tell you to take just AAA cabs.
