Dorchester Hotel and Suites

I will never return to this hotel. The staff is somewhat rude except when it comes to them taking your money. The elevator is dirty and the rooms are small. The pool is small and is 3 ft all over. The hotel is far from the shops and restaurants.

I traveled with my Boyfriend and Stayed at this Hotel for 5 Days and 4 nights. I have nothing bad or negative to say about this Hotel. Everything was Great. The room was ready and Clean and very Nice too. People are very friendly. The location is Great. Its literally Walking Distances to Lincoln Rd Mall, Washington Ave and Ocean Dr. The Beach is 1 block up. I am Def. going back again and Staying at this Hotel. I recommend it.

[...]. I was duped into having to park 2 blocks away and paying $90 up front for parking. I was told I was upgraded to a suite that I paid for. It was disappointing lets just say a 60's apartment with a few alleged upgrades, ok wood floor in the living room. Warm AC, bad wifi access, roaches in kitchen, nasty bed and bedding. I was so excited to have a weekend to myself to find that it was kids partying all night and the little bit that I slept I awoke with bites all over and blood on the sheet and pillow case and my T shirt and socks. I immediately packed my stuff and went down stairs saw the house keeper and told her that there were bugs in my room and I had been bitten. Not sure if she under stood me. I went into the lobby and no one was at the desk. I was so embarrassed because of the bites and the people were looking at me. I just kept walking outside and walked the two blocks to get my car. I immediately called the airline to change my flight and it went down hill from there. Worst weekend and Worst Hotel ever. I called the hotel later on that day to ask why I was not called back and was told that she had not been made aware. After I explained she said she would go and take a look and call me back. I want to be reimbursed for my trip, parking and inconvenience. What an awful way to spend a vacation.

the dorchester was a loving experience, it was clean, and very very comfortable, the staff was plesant and understanding.We will be returning back to miami and The Dorchester will be the place we will be staying.

Hotel is an old Hotel with retro style. Room was very clean, wood floors, great bed, updated bathroom fixtures. Not fancy but a nice place. Great restaurants, shopping, and beach in walking distance. On site breakfast and bar with Happy Hour free drinks. Friendly staff always offers help. Would stay there again. The rooms have been updated except each room has a window a/c that works well. Our room was 207 and had a balcony. Onsite pool was great.

Very cool architecture! Room was very clean. Courtyard was very inviting! Just a few blocks from the beach and Lincoln Rd.

The hotel was average, nothing special. A lot of construction going on in the area currently. Pool was very nice, secluded but loud during the day with construction on new place next door. Hotel is very close to all great things (the beach, the night life, shopping, and food). Newly renovated rooms but bathrooms need to be updated. Staff was friendly as well.
