Seagull South Beach

Good location. Incovenience with parking (City parking). Not a very fancy hotel, but it was nice, clean and inexpensive. Some problems with elevator. Nice pool area. Helpull stuff.

First time out in Miami and i loved it. The staff are so nice & helpful. Only thing is the distance from the strip but is so worth it. Beach is a couple of steps away theres a bar right next door.... you know pre-game lol.

I had a great time in this cool hotel. the location was very satisfied to us. coz there were a lot of bar near this hotel. but two things were disappointing. first problem was no parking place. and second one was what there was no ventilation fan in the toilet. anyway I think I chose very well.

You may be looking for an ok hotel to stay in while in Miami, but I am begging you not to choose this one! I've stayed in motels that were 10 times better than the Seagull. When I first walked into my room I notices large water stains in the celine. The carpet smelled of mildew, and there were cracks in the walls. There was a TV sitting on top of a broken dresser ( not sure if it worked), and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. When I complained, the manager moved me to another dirty room that had a broken air conditioner. I tried to move into another hotel, but they were all booked due to an event that was taking place. A prison cell is better than the Seagull. This place is not suitable for young children, and if you are wise you would choose another place to stay! PLEASE!

It's a 1.75 an hour for parking no discount no nothing.

Malgres tous les commentaires lus sur cet hôtel, on s'attendait au pire, et en fait, il était pas mal, ce n'était pas génial, mais le minimum. Pas de souries, pas de cafards, rien de tout cela. Les lits propres, fait tout les jours, les serviettes propres et changées tous les jours. Le personnels plutôt sympas. Très bon rapports qualité prix

At first we got put in a "cabana" down by the pool which was rather disgusting. However, we got moved to a room inside which was very nice. The location is fabulous, can't get much better. I was also very pleased with the staff's willingness to accomodate. Definitely recommend for the price.

I read the bad reviews, and figured it was a bunch of nit-pickers. Wrong. Where to start...the beds didn't have sheets, the door didn't close all the way, the walls had holes in them, there was mud on the bathroom floor when we got there and there was hair on the towels, 3 different foreign men came to the door asking if we had any drugs, etc etc. The hotel would not give us our money back even after we told them how unsafe we felt. Instead, they offered their security guard to walk us to our room. I'm not hard to please, just give me a clean room that I feel safe in.

the floor was flooded, the room was a mess and stank. I had a room by the pool - it was terrible, this place needs a makeover asap.
