Plus: Great spot near Ocean Drive. The beach was awesome. Minus: No Airport Shuttle

Idéalement situé à South Beach, le Sagamore offre une très bonne prestation, digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont grandes, décorées avec goût. Celles situées face à la piscine ou face à la mer peuvent être plus exposées au bruit, il sera donc préférable d'en avoir une côté Collins ave ou le long du bâtiment. Dans ce cas, la vue donne sur les autres hôtels, un moindre mal. Le personnel de l'établissement est très qualifié, toujours à disposition. Le service du concierge est idéal pour organiser des sorties ou pour obtenir n'importe quelle prestation. Piscine un peu petite, mais cet hôtel est essentiellement prévu pour des couples sans enfants. D'ailleurs, la philosophie du lieu se veut "hôtel-art, design et zen" et se distingue des hôtels à touristes dans lesquels le rendement de masse domine. Le prix des chambres est élevé, mais le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Je recommande le forfait petit-déjeuner à discretion à $ 18.-- par personne, lequel donne également accès à la plage privée. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est grand et offre de très bons produits. Le seul bémol se situe dans la présence de famille nombreuses avec enfants pour lesquelles cet hôtel n'est pas du tout prévu. Erreur de réservation?

Very relaxing experience. The suite we stayed in was very large, clean and beautifully furnished. The hotel staff were excellent. [...]at the pool was amazing. The food pool side was delicious with generous portions. The drinks were very strong. I will definitely return again and would highly recommended this place to all.

Perfect location on South Beach near Lincoln Mall. Lobby and grounds are typical excellent South Beach style and well-kept. There were kids and families, but still peaceful. Staff were courteous and efficient. They opened doors, etc, but did not always look at us and greet us while they were doing so. Rooms need to be updated. Our shower sprayed onto the bathroom floor, creating a flood every time. No place to put shampoo, soap, etc in the shower. No towel bars. We could not reach the concierge by phone from the room, and had to go to the lobby to get help with restaurant reservations. Once there, however, he promptly helped us, made an excellent recommendation for us. He greeted us with a smile each time he saw us for the rest of our stay.

It was a great place to stay at in Sobe. Execellent customer service. Room was very nice. Great location to Lincoln Road.

Loved the hotel...VERY clean and friendly. the pool was never crowed. close to shopping. right off the beach. the beds were very comfortable. the housekeeping broke my hair straightener, without hesitation they replaced it. the only down side is they hold $150 a night for some services like the bar, food in the rooms, and room service....then put what you dont use back into your account. didnt know that until we were there...not a big deal just wish we knew a head of time.

For exploring Art Deco district, this is a great starting point. Very near Lincoln Road and Espanola shopping/ restaurants. Only a few blocks from Ocean Drive...clean and safe area to explore !

The room was not nearly as big as it was pictured on their website. But the pool is great and not as crowded as some other hotels. I liked that it was a bit out of the way but still very close to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. Restaurant left a lot to be desired, but there is no lack of restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel needs some ork, Poorly lit halls, noisey, poor HVAC, definately not worth $500/night
