Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites INDIANAPOLIS DTN-CONV CTR AREA

The enviorment was nice but the hotel had its flaws. The jacuzzi jets didnt work,it didnt have a microwave or a fridge and the associate with [...]said there was.

Our first room overlooked Lucas Oil Stadium, but the heater was not working. We called and they moved us to another room. The new room was considerably smaller and overlooked a bar. The spa was not working properly. The jets would not work and the water was luke warm. The rust on the walls of the hot tub and in the pool area was excessive. One of the machines in the fitness center did not work. Now, there were some positives. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is great. The pillows and flat screen TV was very nice. The location was easy to get to. If you were going to a Colts game, by FAR the best location of any other hotel. Just evaluate what you want before staying here. If the recreational items are important to you, stay somewhere else. If not, it is OK.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. It was pretty decent. The hotel was pretty clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights. I have a few complaints. Our hotel room was not cleaned for our second day. Also, the pool was not very clean, and neither was the indoor hot tub. The water in the indoor hot tub was not hot at all, it was lukewarm at best, so that was a major disappointment.

There was a coffee mug in my room when I arrived, full of old coffee. There were tabs from soda cans on the floor and other little pieces of trash. Fortunately, I'm not a neat freak, but I did question if the room had been cleaned before I arrived. The staff was fine, but did not exude a welcoming nature. Great location, .2 miles from Convention Center back door and 50 yards from the FB stadium. Great cinnamon buns for breakfast.

this hotel was only 2 blocks from the conference center and the room was great with a king size bed so I didn't mind sharing it with my daugher (30) the Breakfast was wonderful with a very helpful lady who got us juice and took our plates, very very nice!!

Very convenient and nice for the price! We stayed here to go to a Colt's game and could walk right over to the stadium, and even found a couple great sports bars for before and after right near this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great for Colts fans!! Hotel right across the street from the stadium! We were minutes from downtown indy and had a great time exploring the city. We will stay here again!!

We came to the Holiday Inn Express to stay over night and go to an Indianapolis Colts game the next day. The hotel itself was awesome!! The rooms are cozy and clean, and well decorated. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room and it was awesome. Not a bad price for a jacuzzi room with a king bed, and the service staff was friendly. The one thing we did not agree with was that once we got there we were informed that we had to pay an additional $10.00 for "overnight" parking in the parking lot. And then, if we wanted to leave our car parked there for the football game the following day (game was at 1:00, checkout was at 11:00--the hotel is right across the street from Lucas Oil stadium) it was an additional $30 on top of that. So, we weren't expecting to have to shell out another $40 after already spending almost $200 for our room stay for one night. I guess I can even see the $30 event parking as reasonable, but the $10 overnight parking fee struck me as odd, since most guests are coming to a hotel to stay "overnight" arent they? It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. But also I felt that was a little unfair. Come on, we are staying at your hotel, let us park the car in your lot for free!! Overall we were very happy with the hotel, and its ammenities and the location is SUPER if you are a Colts fan!!
