Riviera Hotel and Casino

I did stay 7 nights in Vegas, 4 nights at BALLY'S and 3 night at Riviera. Because of the high rate for 4th of July, we moved to Riviera. The room was too small, King size bed was not a real king size, I could hear every single word people talking in the next door room. Even worse, I've got lots of flea bites on my shoulders and soles. :( It was cheap though.. If there were not fleas in the room and it was not 4th of July(high rate!), maybe I would recommend this hotel. Cheap, still on the main strip, etc.

This hotel was one of the cheapest ones that were located on the strip. I didn't expect too much from a hotel where I'm just dropping my bags. The nice thing is that the Deuce Bus was stopping right in front of the hotel.

I was vacateing with my boyfriend. We went shopping, gambling eating and clubbing I just wish it was in the middle where everything is because its hot and walking was very difficult. In addition, I felt like it adds up because I had to pay taxes fees. I might as well live closer to where everything is and pay a little more

The air condition did not blow air as it should our room tempature was in the 80's. Our refridgerator did't work. We had to call maintenace at least 6 times before they finally came out. You could here everything from next door to people walking down the hallway. Didn't have good cable,channels were very limited. But, over all the room was very clean and pretty spacious, beds were comfortable.

My family spent 2 nights at the Riviera Hotel. We enjoyed our time there because the service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, our rooms were very clean, and the Casino was awesome. We stayed at another location for 5 days and visited other Casino's on the Strip, and we agreed the Riviera was by far, the best hotel and casino experience Vegas has to offer. I hope to visit Los Vegas in the future and stay at the Riviera for the duration of the trip. Great Job Riviera management and staff! Melton and Sheila Blackwell

It would be great to have some music or lounge for the visitors looking for a quiet night in vegas. The hotel was quiet and restful but a little too far off on the strip from the main action.

My husband and I had a great timein Vegas! The hotel is in a location that is not far from the main strip, Fremont street and the airport, so Taxi cost was not bad at all!! Their Breakfast buffet is pretty good and its not $$$. The money you save by staying at the Riveria leaves more $$ for fun activities, shopping and shows!!!

We were surprised and quite pleased with the spaciousness of our room and the comfortable bed. The wait staff in the restaurant was friendly, efficient and the food was good and reasonably priced. We've been spoiled with free wireless internet service in most other hotels and felt that should be available. Overall, it was a great value and we enjoyed our 4 night stay.

I had friends stay at the Paris, was a little inconvinent to be so far. I liked the laid back atmostphere. Kinda nice to chill a bit after leaving more energetic areas, I gambled the most at the Riviera becaus of that. All but one of the staff was friendly, and a joy to be around. Hypnotist show was hilarious. They have other resturants very close that I know, sometimes I'm looking for a taste that I'm familiar with. I worked at another casino/hotel, probably rate it a 4. This hotel is a strong 3. The only thing I could have asked for was a nicer room. I'm sure they have nicer rooms there, but the funiture was cheesy, TV was cheesy and some of the finishing work in the bathroom looked like it was done by a blind man. I just expect a lot more across the board in a Vegas hotel. I got it so darn cheap that I would definatly concider going back, I'm being critical, but not a bad place.
