good location, very close to the outlet mall, and close to the bus to the state park. Staff is really helpful

We stopped her for the night and checked in quite late in the night. The front desk stuff waited for us to hand over the key. The motel is a cheap no frill place to crush for the night and it was very cheap. The room was small but sufficient and had enough lights. We did not use the mini fridge or the microwave they provided. Overall we were satisfied with the cleanliness.

It was ok to spend one night there on the way to Niagara Falls. Falls are just 10 min away by car

We got the room for $37 for the night. The lady said that she would upgrade us for free to a Queen size bed. We got to the room and was a Double. We had ants crawling all over the bathroom. The shower head was taped. Room was very small. Headboard not attatched to the bed. You would get in and out of bed and it would hit the wall. We could hear our neighbors doing the same thing. Very disappointed. Won't go back.

not perfect, but i didn't expect perfect, for what it is, it's great, park right outside the room is a big plus to me. for an older place, not bad so rated as deserved. Amenities-small fridge, microwave, tv Location- not far at all, only 5 min from falls, plenty of restaurants nearby Room cleanliness- again not perfect , but kept clean for an old place Room comfort- good place to clean up and sleep, spent most time out anyway Staff- regular people Value- one of the best deals, especially if you plan to be out seeing the attractions anyway Overall, I would stay here again, saw other reviews pick apart small things.yes some things were old, like a piece of wallpaper peeling or some mark on a wall, but it was obvious they did clean it, it's just a little old. If you want a real nice room and expect high end, go somewhere else and spend more. If you are like us and plan to be out doing things mostly, then don't waste money on hotel, this is a great place to stay, being able to park right outside of the room was great, can unload and load very easy and quick, and keep things cold in the fridge overnight. I hope places like this never go away.

the rudest hotel staff we've ever met. didnt offer tissues in the room so we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper to blow our noses and were told "you don't need two". the room was rundown and the walls so thin we could hear the other guests at night. 4 miles from the falls on a highway with TONS of other hotels...choose a different one.

Price is higher. Check the neighbors.It is close the markets.

Rooms were of the ‘70s, small cigarette size rooms. No in-room entertainment facilities, no satellite television nor premium television channel(s). It was the basic free channels. Yes, there was free slow internet connection. Towels smelled old, but were clean. There were no food options nor cafeteria. The air-conditioning in the room was noisy and is a window unit not central air. The outdoor swimming pool is small. If you like comfort and amenities this is not your place, it is outdoor rough and ready style and too high priced for what you get.

Room was not even OK. None-smoke room with heavy smoke smell. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The pool was very good for kids.

Room was a little small but we received queen size beds instead of full size. That was nice! The bathroom seemed to be updated, but the toilet rocked. The pool was nice and clean. Over all,,,,I would recommend this motel to friends and family, and I would stay there again.
